Information and support
Mind shares information to help people understand mental health problems, explore their options and find support.
Mental health matters. Everyone deserves to be heard, supported and treated with compassion.
I'm running the London Marathon 2027 in memory of my brother, Anthony, and raising money for Mind. This cause is deeply personal to me. I want to help support a world where people experiencing mental health problems can find information, support and understanding when they need it.
Sometimes it can feel difficult to talk to family or friends about what you're going through. Knowing that information and support are available can make a real difference.
Mind shares information to help people understand mental health problems, explore their options and find support.
Mind campaigns for mental health to be taken seriously and for people to receive the respect and support they deserve.
Local Minds are independent charities offering different services in their communities, depending on local needs.
My brother Anthony was just 22. He was outgoing, funny and loved spending time with his friends. We didn't realise he was struggling with his mental health.
By fundraising for Mind, I hope to help more people feel less alone and make it easier for people to find information and support. Every donation, ticket purchase and handmade item sold helps me work towards my £2,500 fundraising target in Ant's memory.
Mind works across England and Wales to provide information, campaign for change and help people find the support they need. Local Minds are independent charities, and the services they offer vary by area.

This page explains why Laura is fundraising for Mind; it is not an official Mind website or a substitute for professional advice. For mental health information and support, please visit Mind's official website.
Every donation and every act of support brings me closer to my £2,500 target and helps me honour Ant's memory.
